Meet Your Providers
Shawnee Hunt, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
I was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee, and later moved to Cincinnati after meeting my husband in college. I earned both my BSN and MSN from the University of Cincinnati and started my career working bedside in the hospital before transitioning into my role as a nurse practitioner.
My background is in geriatrics and chronic disease management, where I spent years caring for patients with conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, and hormonal changes. That experience really shaped my approach to care—I believe in being proactive, focusing on prevention, and helping patients stay ahead of health concerns as they age.
Today, I love combining medical wellness with aesthetics to take a more complete approach to aging. My goal is to help you not only look your best, but feel your best too—inside and out. I’m passionate about education and making sure every patient feels informed, comfortable, and confident in their care plan.
Outside of work, my world revolves around my family. I live nearby in Franklin with my husband and our two boys, and I love spending quality time with them whenever I can. We have deep ties to the Monroe community- my husband grew up here and now teaches and coaches football at Monroe Highschool. When I get a little downtime, you’ll usually find me with a good book in hand.
Taylor and I have worked together for years and are excited to finally carry out our passion of helping our local communities feel supported and healthy as we age, focusing on vitality!
I am a dedicated and detail-oriented nurse practitioner committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. I value building strong, trusting relationships with my patients and believe that understanding each individual on a personal level is essential to delivering comprehensive and effective healthcare. My approach combines clinical expertise with compassion, ensuring that each patient feels heard, respected, and supported.
In addition to my clinical practice, I have a strong interest in aesthetic medicine, including Botox and other non-surgical treatments. I take a thoughtful, individualized approach to aesthetics, focusing on natural-looking results that enhance confidence while maintaining each patient’s unique features.
Outside of my professional role, I am a proud wife and mother—two roles that have deeply influenced my perspective and strengthened my commitment to empathy, balance, and service in all aspects of my life.
